- 1 can refried beans
- 2 packages of cream cheese (room temp)
- 1 jar of salsa
- 2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar/colby)
- 1 jar of jalepeno peppers
Spread refried beans in casserole dish (9 x 13 pan ok). Spread cream cheese on top of beans.
Spread salsa evenly on top of cream cheese. Top with shredded cheese and jalepenos.
Bake until bubbly (20-25 minutes) at 350 degrees.
HINT: the cream cheese makes the dish, so don’t skimp!
