1 c milk
1 c flour
½ t salt
1 T salad oil
Put eggs in mixing bowl, add milk, flour and salt. Beat with electric mixer for 1 ½ minutes. Add oil and beat for 30 more seconds.
Pour into greased custard pans. Fill ½ full. Bake 475˚ for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350˚ and bake 25 minutes longer. Serve with butter and honey. Eat warm. Delicious! Makes 6-8 popovers.
