Sweetheart Cookies

  • 3 sticks of margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 cups flour
  • Apricot jam

Preheat oven to 375.

Mix ingredients together.

Refrigerate dough 1 hour.

Roll into small balls, put small indentation in middle.

Fill with apricot jam.

Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.

When cookies cool, dust with powder sugar.
