Biscotti

1 stick of butter
1 cup of sugar
¼ tsp. of salt
2 eggs
2 cups of flour
1 tsp. of vanilla
1 ½ tsp. of baking powder
Optional ¾ cup of crasins or nuts

Preheat oven to 325.

Take out of bowl and divide the dough in half. If sticky put some flour on hands. Put pam on cooking sheet.

Make two long logs not close together.

Pat the dough till they are long logs.

Put in oven for 35 minutes at 325.

When golden take out and cut with serrated knife. Stand then up on side and back in oven for about 10 min.

Then turn on other side and bake for another 10 min.
