- 3-4 lb chuck roast (seared on both sides)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
- 3 beef bullion cubes
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 small jar peperoncini (drained)
- salt & pepper
Sear chuck roast on both sides.
Place all ingredients in crockpot/slow cooker on low for 8 hours.
*Before serving, thicken the juice with with a mixture of cornstarch and water for gravy.
