Beef Pepperoncini

  • 3-4 lb chuck roast (seared on both sides)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
  • 3 beef bullion cubes
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 small jar peperoncini (drained)
  • salt & pepper

Sear chuck roast on both sides.

Place all ingredients in crockpot/slow cooker on low for 8 hours.

*Before serving, thicken the juice with with a mixture of cornstarch and water for gravy.
