- 1 box of spaghetti
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 roasted chicken
- 1 jar of pimentos
- Cheese wiz (in a jar) or Velveeta cheese bar
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
Chop 1/4 cup of bell pepper and 1/2 cup of onion. Put as much pimentos and mushrooms as you’d like. Mix roasted chicken, the soups, and the mushrooms and pimentos in a bowl.
Boil your spaghetti and as soon as you drain it, pour contents of bowl into baking pan with the hot spaghetti. The hot spaghetti will help melt the soups. Pour your Cheese Wiz / Velveeta Cheese and mix all together and then bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Sprinkle garlic powder and Parmesan cheese on top (if desired).
