Flank Steak


1 tbsp. vinegar
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
3 tbsp. ketchup
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
Double if you like more sauce.
Combine all ingredients and wish together.  Score the steaks on one side (make x’s in the steak), then place in pyrex dish. Flip the steak several times while marinating… can do overnight, or just several hours.
Grill over high heat, flipping after 5 minutes or so… Cooks very quickly to medium rare!  Yummy:)
