- 6 lb fully cooked smoked bone-in ham
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp orange (or pineapple) juice
- 1 tbsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 9 cloves
Heat oven to 325. Place ham in shallow roasting pan. Make cross-hatch in ham and insert cloves.
Bake ham uncovered for 90 minutes, or until thermometer reads 140 degrees.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. rush glaze over ham during the last 45 minutes of baking.
Remove ham from oven: cover with foil and let stand 10-15 minutes before carving.
