Lightly-Crusted Chicken Breasts

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 c of flour
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Rinse chicken breast and pat dry with paper towel. Place chicken and flour in plastic bag (bowl) and coat evenly.

Melt butter and olive oil in frying pan. Salt and pepper each side of chicken breast and place in pan (over medium/high heat). Cook four minutes.

Flip chicken and cook four minutes on other side.

Remove from heat and enjoy!
