- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup seasoned Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 4 strips of bacon (optional)
Combine all ingredients except bacon. Shape into a loaf and place in a 9”x5” loaf pan. Place bacon strips on top. Bake for 60 minutes at 350.
