Mississippi Roast

  • 1 Chuck Roast 2-3 lbs
  • 1 packet Aus Jus mix (packet in spice aisled)
  • 1 Packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 jar peperoncini pickles drained

Put roast in crock pot. Sprinkle with dry mixes. Put butter on top and peppercinis all over and around. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

DO NOT ADD WATER!
