1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp. soy sauce (I use low sodium)
2 tbsp. dry white wine
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 lbs. salmon (serves 2 with leftovers, unless you’re feeding Joe!)
Preheat oven – 400 degrees… Stir up all the sauce ingredients. Place the salmon in a baking dish (a little olive oil on the bottom of the pan) and pour the glaze over the salmon and season with some fresh ground pepper. Bake the salmon for 20 minutes (uncovered), and it’s done perfectly every time!
