- 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. dry white wine
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 lbs. salmon (serves2 with leftovers, unless you’re feeding Joe!)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Stir up all the sauce ingredients.
Place the salmon in a baking dish and season with ground black pepper and pour the glaze over the salmon.
Bake the salmon for about 20 minutes (uncovered), basting every five minutes. Make sure the glaze is always covering the salmon.
Remove from oven and ENJOY!
