Hot Butter Rum


½ c butter

2 ½ c dark brown sugar

¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

¼ tsp. ground nutmeg

¼ tsp. ground cloves


Cream butter and sugar. Add spices and mix.

May store in refrigerator for future use.

To each cup add 1 T. batter and 1 ½ oz dark rum. Fill with boiling water and stir till batter is dissolved.
