Thai Peanut Sauce

  • 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 4 TBSP siracha
  • 2 TBSP soy sauce
  • 2 TBSP rice wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 TBSP brown sugar
  • 1 TBSP garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger

Combine in pan and bring to slow boil or until peanut butter is melted.

Serve and enjoy!
