- 1 packet hash brown potatoes
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 bunch of green onions (optional)
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (I have used parmesan as well sometimes)
- salt and pepper
Mix everything together and place in a casserole dish top with more cheese – this is where a blend of cheeses works well.
Bake at around 350 for 45 minutes. (If you are stuck for oven space and time you can cook them in the microwave for 10 or 15 minutes and then finish them in the oven.)
