- 1 bunch of Napa cabbage, choppped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1-2 bags ramen noodles – broken up
- 1 pkg slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Salad Dressing: Combine olive oil, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar in a bowl. Mix and set aside.
Saute Ramen noodles, almonds, sesame seeds, and butter until golden brown.
Combine bok choy and green onions. Pour sauted ramen mixture over bok choy and green onion mixture.
Combine salad dressing and salad mixture and enjoy!
