- 1 head cauliflower (cut into small, bite-size pieces)
- 3-4 stalks broccoli (cut into small, bite-size pieces)
- 1 red onion (chopped finely)
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 lb bacon (fried and crumbled)
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
Mix mayo, sugar, and vinegar; mix well and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in large salad bowl. Mix dressing in with salad and serve!
